Sara Laurie - Human Resources Manager

Sara joined the HR team at Connect in 2007. During her tenure here, she has contributed to all aspects of the department including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Relations and now leads the team as HR Manager.

Her education includes a Business Administration - Human Resources Management Diploma from Sir Sandford Fleming College and she holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. 

In her spare time, Sara practices her negotiating skills with two very skilled young ladies who still try to teach her a thing or two…and usually win. She also enjoys travelling to her home province of Ontario to spend time at the lake with her family and enjoy the outdoors.
